HOMEWORK PRIOR TO CLASS:  You can start reviewing your books.  If you bought Tabs with your bools, please put them in their proper location.  There is too much material to READ everything in all these books.  Get to know all the books, the Table of Contents, the Index, Appendix’s, how the book is laid out; Basically getting to a point that you know how to navigate through the book, and perhaps where to look in the book based on a particular question. 

If you request, and have paid for the class, I can email you some sample hand-out tests for the Business books.  Go ahead and answer these questions.  It would benefit you to write in the location you found the answer, code#, page#, etc.  Low Voltage - if there is one book that you might consider actually reading, it should be the BICSI book Volume One.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION:  All students will receive a Certificate of Completion showing Class name, attendance, date, hours of instruction, and Instructor's name with License# if appropriate, upon completion.

SPECIFIC CLASS INFORMATION:  Students should bring the complete set of books and a silent calculator to each class date. We will provide scratch paper, pen and a highlighter.  You might consider bringing writable tab flags and various color highlighters.  Do NOT write in your books, this is not allowed by the State of Georgia to take the test.  You may underline and high-light.  Put only your name and telephone # in the books.

CANCELLATIONS:  Cancellations received at least ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class are fully refundable.  Between the ten (10) days and three (3) business days prior to the start of the class, you may cancel and your payment will be refunded less a $40 administration fee per person per class.  After this, and/or If you do not show up for the class, your tuition will not be refunded.  You may request a credit toward future classes.  You must use the credit within one year of payment.  All cancellations notices and credit requests must be received in writing by fax, email or mail to Georgia License Exam Company.  We hold the right to cancel classes that do not have at least six (6) students.  A full refund will be given for this type cancellation.  This has never happened to date.  I may also offer to hold a class with fewer than six (6) students at my condo to decease costs.  I may also be interested in private tutoring for classes for those with special needs or requests.
