The Instructor:
Gary Konrath is a Graduate of Milwaukee School of Engineering
with a B.S. In Building Construction Engineering.
He has been in Atlanta since 1982.
He
been in the industry since 1981; over 14 years with Trane.
His first 10 years were with Seimens (formally MCC
Powers) and Johnson Controls, performing Design Application, Project Engineering, amd Project Mgmt duties. He has
experience in BAS controls, Intercom, Public Address, Card Access, Security, Fire Alarm, Television Signal Distribution, CCTV,
PLC's, etc.
His last 15 years in the Air Conditioning Industry was with Trane Commercial, he was in Sales for
the Building Automation & Controls group, and in Existing Building Sales for Turnkey Solution projects,
where he did some Project mgmt duties also.
He has taught the following classes here in Atlanta:
Conditioned Air Construction License Exam Review since 2004.
Heat Loss / Gain - Duct Design and Load Calculation since 2005.
EPA Refrigerant Handling Setion 608 Certification since 2005.
R410A Safety and Training Certification since 2009.
