For Contractor’s License Exam Prep Class Online, if you do not pass the exam on your FIRST try, we will issue you a FREE attendance to the Online class again.
However, we would like to have you to call us so we can discuss in detail the studies you performed in preparing for the Exam. We want to help you pass your HVAC contractor’s License Exam. Online Classes are Non-Refundable.  Check individual classes for length of Online availability.

Cancellations received at least ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class are fully refundable.  Between the ten (10) days and three (3) business days prior to the start of the class, you may cancel and your payment will be refunded less a $60 administration fee per person per class.  If you do not show up for the class, your tuition will not be refunded.  You may request a credit toward future classes.  You must use the credit within six (6) months of payment, but you can ask for an extension.  All cancellations notices and credit requests must be received in writing by fax, email or mail to Georgia License Exam Company.
